Best GPS For Trucks, Buses & RV's
Unfortunately, GPS makers have not stepped up to the plate when it comes to addressing the needs of the
thousands of truck, bus and RV drivers out on the roads. Currently,
there is no portable GPS solution that is 100% accurate with regards to restricted truck
routes and height clearances. So, knowing in advance that the current
technology is not 100% accurate - and that you have to use good common sense too
- we do have two devices we recommend.

StreetPilot 7200 comes ready to go right out of the box with preloaded City Navigator® NT street maps, including a hefty points of interest (POIs) database with motels, restaurants, fuel, ATMs and more. The fact that it has custom points of interest and
upgradeable maps makes it good for truckers. Hopefully, Garmin will develop their
maps database to include more vehicle restriction information.
